How much is EVOLVE?
MF-3 is just £120 a month….that’s just £10 a session!
How many sessions do I get?
You get to attend 3 EVOLVE classes per week.
Do I have to attend the classes at the set time and day?
Yes, this is for two reasons….The first is to keep the price of the classes low, we need to keep the classes fully booked. The second is for your benefit, you are much more likely to attend the class, so it helps keep you motivated to turn up to each and every class!
Can I cancel or re-book my class if I can’t make it?

How is payment made?
All payments are made monthly by direct debit.
Is there a contract?
Absolutely not, you can cancel at anytime, we just need 30 days notice.
What happens when I arrive for my free session?
This is your time to say hi to your trainer. Most newbies tell their trainer a bit about them, this is the time to tell them about any injuries you may have, so they can give you some alternative exercises or work around them
How often do you change the routines?
Every session we run is different to the last. We mix up our workouts daily, so it’s super varied. Boredom just isn’t an option. The variety keeps the body guessing. The result is an all round level of fitness that’s hard to achieve if you just do the same thing every week
What is included in EVOLVE Class?
EVOLVE covers every fitness discipline from fat burning intervals, calorie blasting circuits, toning, shaping, and functional exercises for that rock solid core.
Is this class okay for beginners?
Something we get asked a lot is, is it hard, and is it okay for beginners? The answer to both is yes!
How many calories can I burn?
Our target is for you to at least burn 600 calories per session, so yes we do push you. It is possible to burn up to 1000 if you really go for it!
Is the class tough?
Everything we ask you to do has been designed for all abilities. For example, we’re not a hardcore boot camp, so you’ll never be left half a mile behind everyone else. We also set times for the majority of exercises rather than reps. This means that if we’re doing star jumps for 45 seconds everyone can work to their own ability.
So yes, the sessions are tough & we will push you out of your comfort zones. However, there’s no pressure to do anything. If you want to take a break, that’s totally cool by us. No shouting and screaming, just pure motivation and encouragement from your trainer.

It’s pretty hard to sum up everything that goes on in a EVOLVE session. So we urge you to book a free session for yourself to really experience the full effect of EVOLVE.
